BOSTON – The Boston/New England District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) announced that it has brought on Tim Moore as its new Manager. In his role, Moore will oversee events and programming for ULI Boston/New England, including the regional Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) program.

Moore joins ULI Boston/New England as Manager, bringing with him nearly 10 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate and land use.

Prior to joining ULI Boston/New England, Moore served as Founder and Principal at Blue Haus Group, a private real estate and economic development firm with a focus on creating dynamic urban cores within secondary and tertiary markets. Previously, Moore was the Director of New Markets and Development at Brooklyn-based Shelbourne Global Solutions, and he also held an Operations role at FBE Limited. Moore is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma and is a licensed real estate agent.

“As we enter the fall with ULI Boston/New England programming and with events picking back up, along with ULI Fall Meeting around the corner, there couldn’t be a better time to welcome Tim to the team,” says Michelle Landers, Executive Director of ULI Boston/New England. “We look forward to leveraging Tim extensive knowledge of the real estate and land use industries to assist our organization with leading valued-based programming along with driving our Technical Assistance Panels and Pathways to Inclusion initiatives.”

Moore will work closely with ULI Boston/New England’s Executive Director Michelle Landers as well as various ULI Boston/New England staff, volunteers, and committee members to implement the organization’s strategic plan, support member-based committees, advance marketing and communications plans, and execute programming and event logistics.
