BOSTON– Colliers International announced that 6 Kimball Lane in Lynnfield, MA, has grown its tenant roster with two companies who just vacated Cambridge, MA.
Seeking relief from traffic, parking constraints and soaring rents in Cambridge, Adrian A. Gaspar & Company, LLP, represented by the Colliers team, found 6 Kimball to be a perfect solution long term for their predominantly north shore employee base.
Colliers’ North team comprised of executive vice president Greg Klemmer, senior vice president Tim Brodigan, and associates Dan Driscoll and Tim Allen.
“The almost 10,000-square-foot suite Gaspar leased had a significant amount of reusable buildout from the prior tenant,” said Brodigan. “That was a bonus feature that ultimately allowed them to occupy the space faster than alternative options could accommodate.”
In addition to Adrian A. Gaspar & Company, LLP, Agilis Biotherapeutics, a DNA therapeutics company in the start-up stage, recently leased space in the building and is already expanding due to rapid growth. Agilis Biotherapeutics was represented by Newmark’s Torin Taylor.
“Each of the recently leased suites were marketed for a very brief time before capturing the attention of Adrian A. Gaspar and Agilis Biotherapeutics,” said Driscoll. “Building quality, prime location, onsite property management, and a local ownership group with over 67 years of experience were the key drivers in attracting both tenants.”
6 Kimball, owned by Atlantic Tambone, is a four-story, 105,083-SF Class A office building located off I-95 between Exit 42 and Exit 43 on the Wakefield/Lynnfield line, just minutes from MarketStreet Lynnfield, an open-air retail center, providing convenient access to over 60 shops, restaurants, and entertainment/service.
