MANCHESTER, NH — Tighe & Bond announced the opening of a new office in Manchester, expanding its presence in the state.
The office is located at Brady Sullivan Tower and will support the firm’s work across the Merrimack Valley and surrounding areas. The new location adds to the company’s existing office in Portsmouth.
Bob Belitz, chief executive officer and president of Tighe & Bond, said the new office builds on the company’s operations in New Hampshire.
“The opening of our Manchester office marks an exciting new chapter in our company’s growth in New Hampshire,” Belitz said. “This new location builds upon the strong foundation we’ve established in Portsmouth and positions our team to partner with communities and clients in New Hampshire to support forward-thinking solutions across the region.”
Tom Mahanna will serve as location manager. A vice president in the firm’s water business line, Mahanna has more than 30 years of experience in municipal consulting and construction, including work in water resources and wastewater engineering.
“Operating in Manchester allows us to be closer to our clients and more engaged in the communities we serve,” Mahanna said. “We’re looking forward to expanding upon our existing partnerships and growing our expertise throughout New Hampshire and Maine.”
The Manchester office opening follows the company’s acquisition of Geosphere Environmental Management Inc. in the previous year, as part of its continued growth in the region.
