HOLBROOK, MA–The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International brokered the sale of 145 Union St. in Holbrook, MA, to Aloka Properties for $6,025,000.
The Stubblebine Company represented the Seller, Allstate Glass, and directly procured the Buyer in this transaction.
The property includes a 48,625 sq. ft. industrial warehouse on 4.5+/- Acres.
