REVERE, MA– The HYM Investment Group (HYM), in partnership with Cathexis and National Real Estate Advisors, announced that pre-leasing has begun at Amaya, Suffolk Downs’ first residential building.
The 475-unit project will include over 34,000 square feet of state-of-the art amenities and 24,000 square feet of dynamic ground-level retail offerings, with first move-ins beginning in June. The Suffolk Downs Master Site will deliver 10,000 units of housing upon completion. This redevelopment begins with the delivery of Amaya in the new Beachmont Square neighborhood.
