Boston— The Collaborative Companies (TCC), a division of NRT New England, has announced the promotion of Rebecca Massi to Vice President, reinforcing the firm’s leadership team amid continued growth in high-end residential development.
In her new role, Massi will lead creative strategy for more than $800 million in new residential development sales. Her responsibilities span full-cycle execution—from early-stage planning through final sell-out—including sales strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and operational oversight.
Massi’s current portfolio features several prominent developments, including Raffles Residences Boston—the first of its kind in North America—along with The Parker Boston, 1515 Commonwealth Avenue, and The Quinn Boston. Across these projects, she oversees marketing execution while also managing complex sales negotiations to maximize asset value and protect developer interests.
Before joining TCC, Massi built a diverse career in luxury marketing across hospitality, finance, and lifestyle sectors. At Mina Group, she led integrated marketing initiatives, supported the launch of new restaurant concepts, and significantly increased revenue at a key outlet. Her experience also includes a role at Hyatt Hotels, where she managed public relations, digital content, and revenue-driven marketing strategies across multiple properties.
Earlier in her career, Massi held positions with Mellon Capital Management and SA Hospitality Group, further strengthening her expertise in brand communications, events, and digital media.
Massi earned her degree in Communications from Keene State College, with minors in Political Science and Philosophy. She resides in Boston with her family and remains actively engaged in the city’s dynamic culinary scene.
Her leadership and industry contributions were recognized in 2021 when she received the Gold PRISM Award for “Rising Star of the Year” from the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston.
The promotion underscores The Collaborative Companies’ continued investment in top talent as it advances a growing portfolio of luxury and mixed-use residential developments throughout the Boston area.
