Boston— The Collaborative Companies (TCC), a division of NRT New England, has announced the promotion of Katie O’Neil to Vice President, recognizing her leadership and impact across some of the region’s most prominent residential development projects.
In her new role, O’Neil will oversee senior marketing and sales management for more than $900 million in new residential development. Her portfolio includes several high-profile projects such as The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Boston, South Station Tower, The St. Regis Residences, The Maris in Portsmouth, and Tuscan Village in Salem.
O’Neil has been a key figure at TCC for the past six years, serving as Senior Project Manager and leading many of the firm’s signature developments. With more than a decade of experience spanning hospitality marketing and operations, she brings a strong background in managing complex, high-visibility initiatives.
Prior to joining TCC, O’Neil held leadership roles across several notable organizations. She helped launch 12 restaurant concepts with LDV Hospitality Group and served as Head of Marketing and Programming for Gurney’s Resorts, where she contributed to international recognition for its Hamptons and Newport properties on Travel + Leisure’s “World’s Best” list. She also worked with SHOWFIELDS, advising on event and retail strategies for major brands including Klarna, Amazon, and Bumble, and played a key role in launching its e-commerce platform in 2020.
Her contributions have earned industry recognition, most recently being named 2025 Project Manager of the Year by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston through its PRISM Awards program.
A Boston native, O’Neil is an alumna of Boston Latin School and New York University. Outside of work, she enjoys boxing at EverybodyFights Seaport and exploring the city’s growing dining scene.
The promotion reflects TCC’s continued growth and commitment to strengthening its leadership team as it manages an expanding pipeline of luxury and mixed-use residential developments across New England.
