Boston – Three new professionals have joined construction management firm Structure Tone, including two veterans of the industry.
Tina Bianco has joined the firm as Senior Project Manager. With over 20 years in residential and commercial construction, Borden has managed or served as the owner’s rep for dozens of notable projects across the Greater Boston area, including the Terminal E project at Logan, InterContinental Hotel & Residences in Boston, F1 Boston in Braintree) and the Astra Zeneca Research facility in Worcester. Her expertise includes both ground-up and renovation work, particularly in the hospitality and multifamily residential sectors. Borden is a Wentworth alum and spent nearly 10 years in retail and restaurant management in Italy.
Dawn Borden has also joined the team as Senior Project Manager. Borden has spent the last 20 years operating her own facilities management consulting firm, FacilitiesPM, specializing in interior fit-outs, change and move management, and strategic planning. Her clients range from institutions like Boston University and Harvard Business School (as a contractor), to large companies such as AAA Northeast and Hercules Capital, to tech firms such as Hubspot, HireClix, and VMware. A graduate of the University of Maine, Borden is also an active member of the Boston Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), including serving as president and currently as the Northeast Representative to IFMA’s Americas Advisory Board.
Chris Therrien has joined as Assistant Project Manager. Therrien spent the last several years working on large-scale, multi-residential towers, such as Langwood Commons in Stoneham and One Dalton in Boston. He earned his undergraduate degree in building and construction technologies and his master’s degree in sustainable building systems, both from UMass Amherst.
