DALLAS – SRS Real Estate Partners is welcoming Eric Suffoletto as managing director in the Boston office as part of the National Net Lease Group.
With more than 13 years of experience, Eric will lead the National Net Lease Group’s efforts out of the Boston office to establish and advance their presence in the New England market.
Most recently a senior director with JLL Capital Markets, Eric focuses on the sale, purchase, and recapitalization of net-leased properties throughout the U.S., including 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leaseback, and portfolio analysis. He has worked with a wide range of clients including private investors, family offices, private equity groups, merchant developers, public and privately-held REITs, and institutional and offshore capital. Throughout his career, Eric has executed over $1.2 billion in transaction value across 28 states.
SRS’ National Net Lease Group saw explosive growth in 2020, and plans to continue expansion of their teams across the country. SRS’ National Net Lease Group and the western region of SRS’ Investment Properties Group successfully completed more than 500 sales in 2020 which totaled more than $1.9 billion in transaction value across 44 states. The National Net Lease Group has more than 50 net lease professionals nationwide, all collaborating on one central platform, with leadership, underwriting, and marketing efforts strategically located in Southern California.
