Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates Achieve $7 Billion in Sales Volume in Massachusetts in 2022

BOSTON–The Sotheby’s International Realty network of affiliated brokerages in Massachusetts announced that they achieved an aggregate $7 Billion in sales volume and served approximately 6,000 clients total in 2022 statewide.

Sotheby’s International Realty® comprises 12 independently owned and operated brokerage firms in Massachusetts: Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty, Cape Coastal Sotheby’s International Realty, Mathieu Newton Sotheby’s International Realty, Maury People Sotheby’s International Realty, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, New Seabury Sotheby’s International Realty, Sagan Harborside Sotheby’s International Realty, South Shore Sotheby’s International Realty, Unlimited Sotheby’s International Realty, Wallace & Co. Sotheby’s International Realty, and William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty. Sotheby’s International Realty® additionally operates three brokerages in Falmouth, Osterville, and Sandwich.
