BOSTON — Skanska has named Kelly Daige to serve as the first National Director of Inclusion & Partnerships, Skanska USA Building. This new role is a key addition to the business’ national diversity and inclusion (D&I) team.
Based in Skanska’s Boston office, Daige will focus primarily on building and integrating the company’s relationships with key external organizations and networks in the D&I space, as well as developing national approaches and metrics around community and employee engagement.

Daige joined Skanska in 2015 and since 2018, has served as Manager, Executive Support Services, where she played a central role in critical employee initiatives and processes, facilitated and participated in cross-functional teams focused on key business issues from workforce development to environmental health & safety, and managed complex US roadshows for international Skanska executive teams and board members. Previously she worked with Innodata, Inc., and began her career in Investor Relations with Westbrook Partners.
In addition to a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English from Hunter College, City University of New York, and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Daige also holds certificates in Change Leadership from New York University and in Organization Change Management from Cornell University.
