BOSTON — The Boston-based, real estate advisory and investment firm Senné is welcoming over 50 new Arlington and Cambridge associates. This expands the company’s presence in Massachusetts and reaffirms its commitment to the Greater Boston and Cambridge community.
Senné also has offices in Wayland, New York City and Washington D.C..
The new Senné offices in Arlington and Cambridge will have 51 new team members. The office locations will be part of the Senné residential brokerage umbrella, and the staff will join the Senné team, bringing the company’s employee total to more than 150. The Arlington office is located at 75 Park Avenue and the Cambridge office is located at 1675 Massachusetts Avenue.
The team primarily provides residential buying, selling, and leasing with commercial services to some of its clientele. These capabilities will further continue the expertise and high caliber service of Senné’s residential brokerage, as well as continue our mission to provide all necessary client services across our multiple lines of business. Steve Savarese, former owner of the two real estate offices, will now serve as a Senior Associate at Senné, focusing on a select client list.
“Senné has always been built on a commitment to our clients. We are excited to welcome an amazing group of talented, like-minded associates to our team. Adding these two offices to the fold will help us continue our mission to provide the best possible, high-quality real estate work to our clients. The history and great work Steve and his team bring to Senné is to be celebrated, and we are excited to watch them continue to grow,” said William Senné, President and CEO.
“Senné represents a true opportunity for us to create and provide better service to our clients and agents as we grow. Senné is committed to and cares about our clients and our agents. This decision occurs after much deliberation and critical thinking of all the major residential real estate players in the marketplace. I feel that they are the right fit, company and most importantly, culture wise. I am not going anywhere, and am excited to work with all aspects of the Senné business,” said Steve Savarese, REALTOR ®
