BOSTON — The Boston-based real estate advisory and investment firm Senné announced a new hire to the Senné team, Deborah Hauser as Executive Director of Residential Brokerage.
As Executive Director, Hauser will lead Senné’s Residential Brokerage Services into the future, with a focus on everything from traditional brokerage practices to new development advisory initiatives. Her priorities will include hiring, growing additional marketplaces, and long-term strategic planning for the residential group. With the firm presently licensed in both Massachusetts and New York, Hauser will oversee Senne’s east coast operations.
Hauser will also be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the residential brokerage, including recruiting and coaching a high-caliber roster of dynamic real estate professionals. She will work with leadership to further propel Senne’s growth initiatives such as opening new branches, as well as mergers and acquisitions in Greater Boston and beyond. She will also actively support selling and securing new business while implementing a strategic plan, organizational development of new programs, and building collaborative partnerships.
Previously, Hauser served as the Chief Operating Officer for Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, a $4 billion company that currently operates 27 offices with 850+ agents across Long Island and Queens, New York where she supported the marketing and business development team on marketing and technology initiatives. Also, while at Sotheby’s, she managed the company’s number one office for eight years and became a regional manager, overseeing half of the sales offices across the realty platform before taking on the Chief Operating Officer position. Throughout her career at Sotheby’s, Hauser spearheaded the luxury portfolio and was instrumental in starting a successful coaching and mentoring program which resulted in an increase in sales, and she sat on the Executive Committee.
“Deborah Hauser is a logical addition to our exceptional Residential Brokerage Services. Her leadership will be key as we build out and continue to expand our strong real estate base. Talent recruitment is a top priority and something that we take very seriously here at Senné and Deborah joining our team reinforces this,” says William Senné, President and CEO. “We anticipate the residential real estate market will continue to thrive for the foreseeable future, and with Deborah at the helm, we are poised to capitalize on the hot residential trends.”
“Joining Senné has been an incredible opportunity and I look forward to working with the team as we expand our footprint,” says Deborah Hauser. “Delivering a high-quality and one-of-a-kind client experience is our top priority. As we continue to achieve successful results by investing in premier team members and technology, Senné will carve out a long-term advantage in our competitive market.”
