BOSTON–Samuels & Associates (S&A) announceD the promotion of Greg Bohenko to Vice President of Sourcing & Acquisitions.
Greg joined S&A as an Acquisitions Manager in 2018, bringing with him seven years of invaluable industry experience. Throughout his time with S&A Greg has proven to be an exceptional leader and asset to the team leading new investment, deal sourcing, and financial valuation in and outside of Boston.

In his new role, Greg will identify new mixed-use development opportunities, target markets and strategies, as well as partnerships for S&A to focus on.

Greg is a Board Member of the Real Estate Finance Association, and member of NAIOP and ULI. In his free time, he spends time with his wife and daughter and volunteers with Heading Home and United Way.
