BOSTON–The Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development of 90 Antwerp Street is now available. The RFP requests proposals for the redevelopment of a parcel of land located at 90 Antwerp Street in Brighton, MA, Boston Planning and Development Agency said.
The RFP asks that the site be redeveloped with up to 24 units of homeownership housing, at least 50 percent of which shall be affordable to households earning between 70 and 120 percent of Area Median Income (AMI), as well as publicly accessible open space. The parcel site contains 29,700 square feet of land and is owned by Harvard University. Harvard will convey the land at no cost to a developer, who will be selected by the BPDA on the basis of the criteria set forth in the RFP.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Josephine Fiorentino Community Center, 123 Antwerp Street, Brighton, MA.
