WAYLAND, MA–R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, announced that the firm recently brokered the sale of a 33,000-square-foot office building in Framingham, MA.
40 Speen Street, a four-story office building, was acquired by RCP, LLC, and was sold by LMF Franklin Corp.
R. W. Holmes Senior Vice President Craig S. Johnston and President Garry Holmes represented the seller and procured the buyer.
Forty Speen is an outstanding location in the Framingham/Natick sub-market. It has excellent access to Route 9, Route 30, and the Mass Pike, exit 117.
