WAYLAND, MA–R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, announced that it recently negotiated a new office lease of 6,168 square feet to Industrial Video & Control in Newton, MA.
Industrial Video & Control, a manufacturer of rugged IP cameras and video management software for industrial, commercial, and military applications, leased space from Legacy Real Estate Ventures at 189 Wells Avenue in Newton.
R. W. Holmes Director of Corporate Services Elizabeth Holmes and Managing Director Dean Blackey represented Industrial Video & Control in the transaction. Newmark represented Legacy Real Estate Ventures.
