R.W. Holmes’s Director of Corporate Services Elizabeth Holmes, Managing Director Dean Blackey, and Associate Mike Fahy represented the landlord, Creative Development Company, in the transaction.

The new tenant, Empower Team, part of Transamerica Financial Advisors, was represented by Midtown Properties. They are relocating from Lexington. Transamerica is recognized as a leading provider of life insurance, retirement, and investment solutions, serving millions of customers throughout the United States.
