R.W. Holmes Managing Director Dean Blackey and Director of Corporate Services Elizabeth Holmes were pleased to announce two new leases totaling 14,664 square feet at 233 Needham Street in Newton, Massachusetts.
NorthEast Health Services leased 9,949 square feet, represented by Cushman & Wakefield, in the transaction, while Newton Wellness Group leased 4,715 square feet, with Mr. Blackey and Ms. Holmes representing both the landlord and tenant.
