WAYLAND, MA–R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, announced that it has negotiated the sale of a boutique industrial/flex building in Burlington, MA, to Hub Building Maintenance.
Specializing in a broad range of building maintenance services for commercial and residential properties, Hub Building Maintenance acquired the 5,500-square-foot building for $1,845,000. Located at 5-7 Ray Avenue, the property was previously owned by Harry and Gail Spatz.
“Hub Building Maintenance has been rapidly growing in the Greater Boston area and had been searching for the right building of this size for over a year,” said R.W. Holmes Vice President Mike Ogasapian, who represented the buyer in the transaction. “5-7 Ray posed the perfect opportunity to own a single-story building of the right size along the Route 128 corridor.”
Ben Gatti, Executive Vice President of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, represented the sellers.
