WAYLAND, MA- R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, announced that they recently negotiated the sale of a boutique industrial building in Ashland, MA.
Located at 200 Butterfield Drive, the 12,000-square-foot Condo was purchased by George Kong. The seller was Butterfield Realty, LLC. The boutique building was sold for $1.9 million.
R. W. Holmes Executive Vice President John Eysenbach represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by James Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties.
