WAYLAND, MA — R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, announced that it recently completed a new 5,034-square-foot flex lease at 1 North Avenue in Burlington, MA.
R.W. Holmes Vice President Mike Ogasapian represented the tenant, Commlink Integration, a technology solutions company that offers AV integration, network design, security solutions, structured cabling, smart buildings, sound masking, or any combination of the above. Maureen Harrington of Nordblom represented the landlord, Nordblom Company.
