WAYLAND, MA–R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, announced a recent lease agreement totaling 6,075 square feet of office and flex space at 175 Middlesex Turnpike in Bedford, MA.
Affera, a medical technology company specializing in solutions for the cardiac arrhythmia market, leased 5,575 square feet earlier this year and has now expanded to 6,075 square feet.
R.W. Holmes Senior Vice President David Gilkie represented the landlord, ConRes IT Solutions, while Joe Doyle of Cresa represented the tenant.
According to Mr. Gilkie, “175 Middlesex Turnpike offers attractive office, R&D, and light lab spaces for lease. The building boasts amenities such as an electric car charging station and ample parking.”
