HOOKSETT, NH–PROCON LLC has named Kimberly Cochran, Christopher Lizotte, and Tracey Pelton as new members of the company’s leadership team, joining Managing Directors John Stebbins and Jennifer Stebbins Thomas and Co-Presidents James Loft, AIA, and Lance Bennett and the rest of the corporate team.
Cochran, Lizotte, and Pelton have a combined 24+ years of working for PROCON and demonstrated proven leadership abilities in each field of expertise.

Kimberly Cochran is PROCON’s Vice President and General Counsel with 14 years of service at the company, offering extensive knowledge and experience in construction law and risk management. She uses her expertise to vet and tailor contracts, insurance requirements, and various legal issues. Having come to PROCON with a background in insurance risk management and claims, with a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, Kim is able to effectively evaluate proper insurance coverage for the company and their subcontractors. Since joining PROCON, her knowledge and experience related directly to bonding, construction, construction contracting, project development, design and engineering has rounded out her skills, giving her the ability to advise the company at all levels. Kim is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Christopher J. Lizotte, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, is Vice President of Architecture at PROCON and entering his 12th year with the company. He is known for his ability to multi-task complex, multimillion-dollar projects with an eye toward the crucial details that contribute to project excellence. His accomplishments include successful and award-winning designs for hotels, office buildings, and manufacturing facilities. Some of his notable projects include the multi-use Portwalk Place Lot 3, and the Class A office building at 145 Maplewood Avenue, both in Portsmouth, NH, and the 9-story Station Landing Dual Brand Hotel in Medford, MA.
Tracey Pelton serves as Vice President of Marketing and
Business Development and has worked at PROCON for eight years. During her tenure with the firm, she has successfully transformed PROCON’s outward image by leading a total rebranding effort and updating everything from their website to proposals. Tracey and her team also manage all PROCON corporate events, including beam-raisings, groundbreaking ceremonies, and team-building events, as well as seek new client opportunities. She has streamlined all aspects of corporate communications to promote an easy understanding of the company’s capabilities and expertise for existing and potential clients. Tracey also leads PROCON’s numerous philanthropic activities and serves on the Easterseals NH/VT board.
