Ms. Earley has been with Princeton Properties since 2008 and has a total of 18 years in the residential property management field. She works closely with Princeton’s Executive Vice President of Development & Acquisition and her sites’ property managers on the development and operation of almost 1,000 units in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Ms. Earley has oversight responsibilities for the majority of Princeton Properties’ third-party-managed properties, including communities in Boston’s Seaport, Charlestown, Jamaica Plain, Waltham, Somerville, and Nashua, NH.
She has opened, leased-up, or re-positioned eight properties, located both in urban and suburban markets. Her focus is on building close working relationships with real estate investment and development companies. Her areas of expertise are bringing Class-A product to market, oversight of capital campaigns, and managing third party properties ranging from affordable programs to mixed-use product.
Ms. Earley is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and Tufts University.
