BOSTON — Avison Young announced that Planet Inc., a leading lifestyle retailer, has signed a 4,422-square-foot (sf) lease at 57 Chapel Street in Newton, MA.
Avison Young Principals Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook, along with Associate Virginia Kerrigan, who are based in the firm’s Boston office, represented Planet, Inc. in the transaction.
Planet, Inc. will relocate its headquarters to 57 Chapel Street from 135 Second Avenue in Waltham, MA.
