ALPHARETTA, GA— Onward Investors has assumed ownership of two Class-A office buildings at 800 and 900 North Point Parkway in Alpharetta, following its October 2025 acquisition of the senior loan secured by the properties. The combined 306,000-square-foot office park is located near the GA 400 and Old Milton Parkway interchange, providing access to the North Fulton area and the broader Atlanta metropolitan region.

The office park is currently 45% leased and features a mix of suites suitable for tenants of various sizes. Amenities include a recently redesigned courtyard, tenant lounge, and conference center, along with proximity to the retail and dining options in Alpharetta.
