BOSTON– CBRE announced that Omni Logistics leased 115,822 sq. ft. of high-bay warehouse space at 90 Salem Road in Billerica, MA, located in Billerica Commerce Center.
CBRE’s David Corkery, Steve Clancy, Rachel Marks and other members of CBRE Boston Consulting represented the tenant, Omni Logistics, and the landlord, Clarion Partners.

Founded in 1983, Omni Logistics is a global third-party logistics provider specializing in temperature‑controlled warehouses, turnkey staffing and global shipping solutions. Their clients range from small start-ups to global companies.
Located on 62 acres, 90 Salem Road was built in 1982 and was renovated in 2007. The building is approximately 612,685 sq. ft. and includes 17 loading docks, six drive-in doors and rail service. 90 Salem Road is located three miles from Route 3 and Interstate 495, and is 20 miles northwest of Boston. The facility is now 100% occupied.
