BOSTON–Nutter announced that Gregory R. Bradford and Aimee Fukuchi Bryant have been elected partners, effective January 1, 2021.
Gregory R. Bradford is a partner in Nutter’s Real Estate Department and a member of the Commercial and Real Estate Finance practice group and the Development, Land Use and Permitting practice group. His practice focuses on a variety of transactional real estate matters, including commercial financings, acquisitions and dispositions, and he has helped represent clients on various aspects of complex development projects, including permitting and title matters. He also represents both landlords and tenants on commercial lease negotiations.
Bradford co-chairs the Real Estate Finance Committee of the Boston Bar Association’s Real Estate Section and has co-authored comprehensive case law updates for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc.’s Annual Environmental and Land Use Conference. He is recognized in the 2021 edition of The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch. Bradford earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Stonehill College.
Aimee Fukuchi Bryant is a partner in Nutter’s Private Client Department and a member of the Nonprofit and Social Impact practice group. She provides her clients and their families with comprehensive estate planning services and represents individuals and fiduciaries in all aspects of estate and trust administration. Bryant sits on MCLE’s Estate Planning Curriculum Advisory Committee, co-chairs the Estate Planning Committee of the Boston Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Section, and is a regular speaker for both MCLE and the BBA.
For many years, she chaired the Boston Chapter of the International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy. She is a member of the Boston Bar Foundation, Women’s Bar Association, and Planned Giving Group of New England. In 2017, the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts selected Bryant as a member of the 2017-2018 class of the Women’s Leadership Initiative. In 2014, Bryant was named to the Lawyers of Color’s Second Annual Hot List, which recognizes early to mid-career minority attorneys throughout the United States. Bryant earned her J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School and her B.S., cum laude, from Tufts University.
