NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. — Nordlund Associates, Inc. has completed the sale of 31–39 Flagship Drive, a five-unit flex and industrial property totaling approximately 16,320 square feet, according to an announcement issued this week.
The property, which was owned by C & P Realty Trust, was acquired by Martir Realty, LLC. The transaction involved the disposition of a multi-tenant building comprised of five individual units, each ranging in size from approximately 3,200 to 3,520 square feet.
Located in North Andover, the asset had been held by the seller’s family for more than four decades. Trustees Doug Pease and Sue Collette said the decision to sell marked the conclusion of a long period of ownership.
The seller, C & P Realty Trust, was represented in the transaction by Rick Bartley of Nordlund Associates, Inc., while Martir Realty, LLC acquired the property. Doug Pease and Sue Collette, trustees of the selling entity, worked closely with the brokerage team throughout the sale process. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
