BOSTON– Mike Ogasapian, SIOR, Senior Vice President at R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate recently became a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors as an Office Specialist.
Ogasapian is now one of just 3,300 SIOR Designees worldwide! Ogasapian has more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience—specializing in the office market.
He has worked exclusively on office and industrial real estate on behalf of users and owners. Focused on the 128 North and Route 3 North submarkets, he has completed over 2 million square feet of leasing transactions and over $30M in property sales.
