MassEcon, the state’s private sector partner in promoting business growth in Massachusetts, selected companies in five separate regions of the state on the basis of job growth, facility expansion, investment, community involvement/social impact, and equity, diversity, and inclusion practices.
The winning companies (listed below) were selected after site visits and a virtual Finalists Showcase when they delivered a two-minute pitch on why they should receive a Gold, Silver, or Bronze award in their region. The company expansion projects resulted in $3.88 billion in new investment, 1.3 million in additional square feet of facilities, and approximately 900 new jobs in Massachusetts.
“This event is unique as it recognizes companies from across the state for their commitment to Massachusetts growth,” stated Peter Abair, Executive Director of MassEcon. “We are grateful to host this as an in-person event once again.”
