Lincoln Property Company Secures Nearly 100,000 SF in Lease Renewals at Maynard’s Mill & Main Campus

Boston– Lincoln Property Company announced the completion of two significant lease renewals totaling 98,175 square feet at Mill & Main, its 1.1 million-square-foot, eight-building campus in Maynard, Massachusetts. The West Suburban Brokerage team, led by Tim Latham, Chris Devaux, and James Tambone, managed leasing on behalf of the landlord.

“These renewals underscore the sustained demand for flexible, high-quality suburban office and innovation space in the Boston region,” said Devaux, Vice President at Lincoln Property Company. “Mill & Main’s combination of brick-and-beam character with adaptable floor plans allows tenants to scale efficiently while maintaining a productive, inspiring environment.”

Lease Highlights:

  • Penguin Systems, a global provider of autonomous computing solutions and a subsidiary of Stratus Technologies, renewed its lease for 68,854 square feet. The company was represented by Nick Bruha and Blake Baldwin of Cushman & Wakefield.

  • Epsilon Associates, Inc., a longstanding Mill & Main tenant since 1998, renewed its lease and expanded its footprint to 29,321 square feet. Sam Crossan and Bob McGuire of JLL represented the tenant.

Mill & Main, situated on 50 acres in Maynard, offers a mix of office, flex, light industrial, and advanced manufacturing space. Available options range from 100-square-foot individual offices to 150,000-square-foot suites, accommodating a wide spectrum of tenants. Its location provides convenient access to Route 128, I-495, and Route 2, making it attractive for both corporate headquarters and satellite operations.
