Boston, MA— Lee & Associates Boston announced the addition of Jake Heger as Director at the firm’s Boston office, further expanding its capacity to serve office and industrial clients across the northern suburban markets.
Heger brings nearly 10 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Prior to joining Lee & Associates Boston, he represented one of the region’s largest landlords, where he was responsible for leasing an 11 million-square-foot portfolio. His background includes extensive experience advising users across both office and industrial sectors, with a focus on delivering strategic, results-driven real estate solutions.
At Lee & Associates Boston, Heger will work closely with tenants, landlords, and investors, helping clients align their real estate strategies with long-term financial and operational objectives.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Heger served as Leasing Officer at Cummings Properties and previously worked as a Real Estate Salesperson with Keller Williams Realty. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering high-impact results for clients navigating complex leasing and occupancy decisions.

Heger holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Endicott College. He resides in Newbury, Massachusetts, with his family and enjoys golfing and exploring restaurants throughout the North Shore.
