Kelly Mann Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Manager of Workplace Strategy and Change Management

BOSTON – Boston office of Cushman & Wakefield has welcomed Kelly Mann as a Manager of Workplace Strategy and Change Management.

Mann brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to Cushman & Wakefield, and her arrival is reflective of the company’s continued growth trajectory and dedication to providing diverse and exemplary client service.

In her new role, Mann will advise clients on how to best utilize and optimize space efficiency while driving employee experience.  She creates solutions based not only on what they have today, but also with an eye to the future. Mann focuses on what’s driving a company’s culture and incorporates that into how they use their space—something clients are paying much more attention to in recent years.

She joins Cushman & Wakefield from TD Bank, where she served as Vice President and Client Relationship Manager for the Technology Services Sector, managing more than 100 projects with diverse needs. Prior to her position at TD Bank, she held a corporate real estate management role with BNY Mellon, where she collaborated with executives nationwide to assess growth, strategy and anticipated office needs. Mann also previously worked as a leasing manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Mortgage.

Mann is very active in her community through volunteerism, serving as Vice Chair for the Hildebrand Family Self-Help Center in Cambridge, which helps families transition out of homelessness. She is bringing that “pay it forward” mentality to Cushman & Wakefield by spearheading an effort to partner with a nonprofit aimed specifically at bringing women of color to the commercial real estate table to create leadership opportunities. Mann said she joined Cushman & Wakefield because she couldn’t pass up an opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial setting with visionaries in the industry.

“When I look specifically at the Boston office, I see a lot of people who worked on deals that are the foundation of what Boston is today,” said Mann. “But layered on top of that are the amazing global operating services—project management, data analysis, research—that kind of diversity is very attractive to me and I embrace the opportunity to be entrepreneurial and deliver strong results for our clients .”
