Chicago— JLL has appointed longtime Intel executive Louise Dunne as Executive Director of Account Management in its Technology Division, bringing more than two decades of Fortune 100 leadership experience to the firm’s growing technology practice.

Dunne, who will be based in Portland, Oregon, joins JLL after a 20-year career at Intel, where she held several senior leadership roles spanning global workplace strategy, corporate real estate, and operational transformation. In her new position, she will report to Managing Director Justin Kenyon and focus on enhancing service delivery for JLL’s technology clients, particularly in the software and social media sectors.

Her appointment reflects JLL’s broader push to strengthen its capabilities amid rapidly evolving demands from technology companies navigating workplace transformation, artificial intelligence growth, and shifting infrastructure needs.

“Louise’s extensive experience leading global strategy and operations from within a Fortune 100 technology enterprise gives her a unique client-side perspective that is invaluable,” said Rob Kolar, Global President of JLL’s Technology Division. “Her strategic mindset and proven ability to lead complex, large-scale organizations make her the ideal leader to drive growth and deliver innovative solutions for our clients.”

Most recently at Intel, Dunne served as Vice President of Product Operations and Transformation, where she led portfolio strategy initiatives. Earlier in her tenure, she held roles including Chief of Staff to the CEO—overseeing executive operations and high-level stakeholder engagement—and Senior Director of Global Workplace.

In that capacity, she managed a global real estate portfolio of approximately 5 million square feet, supporting more than 100,000 employees across 46 countries. Her oversight included office environments, data centers, and facilities designed to meet LEED and WELL certification standards.

Dunne said her experience on the corporate side will inform her approach at JLL.

“Having spent my career on the client side, I understand that real estate decisions are not made in a vacuum; they are critical levers for achieving core business objectives,” she said. “The technology industry moves at an incredible pace, and workplace strategy must be agile enough to accelerate innovation, attract top talent and drive financial performance.”

JLL leaders emphasized that Dunne’s technical background and operational expertise will be particularly valuable as clients seek to align real estate strategy with business performance.

“Her expertise in bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and the operational realities of managing complex facilities like data centers and labs will be a significant differentiator,” said Kenyon.

The hire comes as JLL continues to expand its integrated facilities management and workplace solutions offerings for global technology companies. According to the firm, demand is rising for advisory services that help organizations optimize real estate portfolios while balancing cost efficiency, sustainability, and employee experience.

Dunne’s appointment underscores JLL’s continued investment in leadership talent as it positions its technology division to support clients navigating a period of rapid change and innovation.
