BOSTON– Cushman & Wakefield announced that Jessica Sawyer has joined the firm as Managing Director in the New England leasing group. Sawyer brings more than 15 years of real estate experience to Cushman & Wakefield including corporate, consulting and investment management.
Her arrival is reflective of the company’s continued growth trajectory and dedication to providing exemplary client service.
In her new role, Sawyer will provide advisory services for the firm’s healthcare practice and other occupier sectors. She joins Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers International, where she served as Executive Vice President of Operations for nearly two years.
Prior to her position at Colliers International, she held corporate real estate roles with Liberty Mutual Insurance and Fidelity Investments where she developed comprehensive strategic plans and workforce analyses. Earlier in her career she held a development and consulting role with Colliers International and worked for AEW Capital Management with a focus on research and acquisitions.
