MARLBOROUGH, MA— Universal Window and Door, a manufacturer of custom aluminum replica windows for historic buildings, has announced the appointment of Jeff Reilly as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.
Reilly brings with him decades of executive experience across the manufacturing, consumer goods, and advisory sectors. Known for his strong track record in driving strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence, Reilly steps into the role at a time of continued momentum for the Massachusetts-based company.
Prior to joining Universal, Reilly served as CEO of Green Mountain Fire, a sustainable manufacturer that converts wood waste into clean, efficient home heating solutions. He remains a member of the company’s board. His past leadership roles include Chief Operating Officer at national advisory firm RogersGray (now part of The Baldwin Group) and President of Symmons Industries, a Massachusetts-based manufacturer of commercial and residential plumbing products. At Symmons, Reilly led global sales and marketing efforts for the $100 million family-owned company, expanding market share and customer engagement.
Earlier in his career, Reilly held senior roles at Procter & Gamble, where he oversaw the profit and loss performance of Oral-B’s largest and most profitable strategic business unit.
Universal Window and Door has grown into a respected name in historic preservation and adaptive reuse, with its award-winning aluminum replica windows featured in hundreds of National Register of Historic Places projects. The company’s products are manufactured entirely in Massachusetts and meet the rigorous standards of the National Park Service.
“I am excited to join the team at Universal and continue to build on the significant progress the organization has made,” said Reilly. “Universal proudly makes 100% of its products in Massachusetts, and our plans are to continue to strengthen our roots here as we expand our presence in the marketplace.”
As CEO, Reilly is expected to bring a growth-focused approach to Universal, with renewed emphasis on sales and marketing strategies to fuel the company’s next phase.
