BOSTON – Industrious, a workplace provider in the industry, announced that it will be partnering with Massachusetts-based developer WS Development to open a new flexible workplace at open air shopping and lifestyle destination Legacy Place in the Boston suburb of Dedham, Massachusetts.
The new location will span more than 35,441 square feet in the mixed-use development, expanding Industrious’ existing Boston workplace network of four locations in the city.
Slated to open in Fall 2022, Industrious Legacy Place is conveniently positioned within Legacy Place giving members access to all that the property has to offer including phenomenal experiential retail, a plethora of both fast casual and sit-down dining options, as well as ample outdoor space and community programming.
“This is a very exciting expansion for Industrious as we’ve been in Boston for several years and have been looking for the right opportunity to expand to the broader area outside of the city. Being able to open in such a successful and established development as Legacy Place is exactly that,” said Peri Demestihas, Senior Director of Real Estate at Industrious. “Industrious Legacy Place will allow us to provide a regional network for our Boston members that furthers their ‘work from anywhere’ plans, something we’ve found to be hugely successful at our other suburban locations.”
Industrious Legacy Place will feature 400 total seats with over one hundred private offices. A private ground floor lobby located within the shopping and dining destination will lead into a central cafe hub with three productivity corridors including 13 conference and meeting rooms. Further into the space, members will have access to smaller lounges, a library and a private wraparound outdoor terrace.
“We can’t wait to welcome Industrious,” said Suzanne Kelly, General Manager of Legacy Place. “Bringing a premier flexible workspace to Legacy Place gives our guests one more reason to spend their day with us, providing a place that they can enjoy for both business and leisure. We believe Industrious perfectly complements our evolving line-up of best-in-class operators.”
A beloved and iconic shopping and lifestyle destination for Greater Boston since 2009, Legacy Place by WS Development features a well curated and dynamic mix of sought-after national brands and local retailers, fitness offerings, entertainment and highly sought-after restaurants. Conveniently located 25 minutes south of Boston, Legacy Place continues to offer the convenience and energy of an urban shopping destination just outside the city.
