These improvements will benefit tenants operating across all 11 buildings, underscoring HBRE’s commitment to fostering a vibrant and collaborative work environment for the entire campus.
404 Wyman is a 384,841 square-foot office building on HBRE’s flagship campus and corporate headquarters. The expansive campus is situated just 12 miles from Boston and features 11 office buildings spanning over 2 million square feet. Designed with a focus on community and connectivity, the campus provides immediate access to Route 128 and I-95, along with surface and garage parking, EV charging stations, express shuttles to public transportation, and ample bike storage.
