SALEM, MA–Groom Construction, Co., Inc., congratulated the winners of the Real Estate Times 2020 Excellence Awards, including Urban Spaces of Cambridge for their Urban Developer of the Year Award.
Groom Construction Co., Inc. recently worked with Urban Spaces on the ground up commercial building, 85 First Street in Cambridge and is currently General Contractor of Urban Space’s BRIX, located at 65 Washington Street in Salem, MA. The $20 million condominium complex will bring 61 residences and retail outlets to the site of the former Salem Federal Courthouse.
