BRAINTREE, MA–Greg Rittchen recently joined Caritas as Director of Acquisition and Development with ten years of experience working in multifamily real estate.
He previously worked in a commercial brokerage in New York City, lending at Arbor Realty Trust, Low Income Housing Tax Credits at Wells Fargo, and affordable housing consulting at TCAM.
Greg was hired to manage the expansion of Caritas Communities’ portfolio of deeply affordable housing in Eastern Massachusetts aiming to prevent homelessness and improve lives.
