BURLINGTON, MA— KeyPoint Partners, LLC has welcomed back a member to its brokerage team: Rob Grady as Vice President of Leasing.
Grady was VP of Leasing at KPP from 2015 through 2018. He will be directly leasing a portion of the KPP portfolio, as well as teaming up with VP of Leasing Don Mace on several properties and tenant rep assignments.
Rob Grady has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, and has been responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions for national retailers including Albertsons (Shaw’s/Star Market), Lowe’s, Wal-Mart, CarMax, and ExxonMobil.
