Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty Acquires Pat Shultz Real Estate

Provincetown, MA–Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty announce the addition of real estate brokerage Pat Shultz Real Estate to its growing team.

As part of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty’s growth strategy to attract industry-leading talent, the brokerage will onboard PatShultz Real Estate’s principal brokers Michael Minore, Joan Lenane and Joe DeMartino and five additional sales associates to its existing office location at 168 Commercial Street, Provincetown, which the firm opened by way of acquisition in 2020.

Founded more than 40 years ago, Pat Shultz Real Estate is a market leader in Provincetown and on the Outer Cape. The brokerage’s long-standing success originated with Pat Shultz, a prominent figure in real estate development in Provincetown.

Shultz retired in 1997.
