NEEDHAM HEIGHTS, MA–Bowdoin Construction Corp. announced the recent promotion of Geralyn (Gerry) Duffy to the position of Vice President of Human Resources.
With the company for 40 years, Gerry has been a vital part of Bowdoin’s growth and development over the years. Having started as the executive assistant to the president, Gerry went on to assume the office management role, before taking on all human resource responsibilities.
Always willing to help where needed, she also serves as the company’s primary interface for information technology-related issues. In addition, Gerry has fondly become known as the firm’s trusted listener and advisor, there for her co-workers whenever needed.
Through her promotion, Gerry joins Bowdoin’s Executive Committee, helping to steer the company into the next decade, as the firm approaches its 50th anniversary in 2023.
