Boston— Freudenheim Partners (FP), a Boston-based boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm, is celebrating its 10-year anniversary, marking a decade of growth built on long-term relationships, thoughtful strategy, and community engagement.

Founded in 2016, the firm specializes in tenant representation and middle-market investment sales and has distinguished itself through its relationship-first philosophy, anchored by its promise: Building Your Trust.

Over the past decade, Freudenheim Partners has advised tenants and property owners throughout Greater Boston, serving a diverse client base that includes law firms, technology and life sciences companies, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and middle-market investors. The firm’s portfolio reflects a wide range of industries and organizational missions, with a consistent focus on delivering strategic guidance and lasting value.

Representative projects include Coverys’ lease restructuring at One Financial Center in Boston’s Financial District; Berklee’s dance studio and retail concept at 699 Boylston Street in Back Bay; Boston Children’s Museum and The Little Cocoa Bean Co. at 308 Congress Street in the Seaport; and Bosse’s pickleball and entertainment complex at the Natick Mall.

In conjunction with its anniversary, Freudenheim Partners is also spotlighting its commitment to giving back to the communities it serves. As part of the milestone celebration, the firm plans to partner with Ronald McDonald House to host a family at Bosse Sports, providing a full day of activities and meals. Additional community-focused events are planned throughout the year.

Reflecting on the firm’s journey, CEO Leigh Freudenheim emphasized the importance of trust and shared purpose. “What began as a vision to build something exceptional evolved into a very special reality driven by hard work, creativity, and results,” Freudenheim said. “Our clients trust us because we love what we do and we deliver. We work hard for all our clients—nonprofits, financial services firms, biotech companies, and investors alike.”

Freudenheim also noted the firm’s pride in representing mission-driven organizations such as Ronald McDonald House and MASSPIRG, whose work strengthens the communities in which FP operates. “While much of our work revolves around complex commercial objectives, we are equally proud to support organizations whose missions create meaningful impact,” she said.

Ten years after its founding, Freudenheim Partners remains focused on the same principles that shaped its early success: transparency, collaboration, and long-term partnership. “I am deeply grateful to our clients, partners, and team for making this milestone possible,” Freudenheim added. “We look forward to what lies ahead.”
