ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Foot Locker, Inc., a leading global retailer of footwear and apparel, has announced plans to move its corporate headquarters to St. Petersburg, Florida.

The company has signed a long-term lease for nearly 111,000 square feet of office space at 570 Carillon Parkway, a premier Class A office building owned by The Feil Organization.

Mayor Kenneth T. Welch welcomed the relocation, emphasizing its positive impact on the local economy. “When a Fortune 500 company chooses St. Pete for its headquarters, it’s a testament to our vibrant culture, skilled workforce, and business-friendly environment. We look forward to supporting Foot Locker’s transition and ensuring continued success for companies that call our city home.”

Foot Locker’s President, Frank Bracken, expressed enthusiasm about the move, highlighting the city’s appeal for both business and employees. “St. Petersburg has embraced us with open arms. This relocation aligns with our strategic ‘Lace Up Plan’ by fostering collaboration, attracting top talent, and strengthening our community connections. Many of our team members already live here, and we’re eager to deepen our roots.”

The move reinforces St. Petersburg’s growing reputation as a hub for major corporations. Andrew Wiener, Head of Commercial Office Leasing at The Feil Organization, noted the trend of high-profile businesses choosing the Tampa Bay region. “570 Carillon continues to attract top-tier companies, offering a prime location, state-of-the-art amenities, and a high quality of life that helps retain valuable talent.”

Located in the Carillon Business Park, the newly renovated 570 Carillon building offers 250,000 square feet of office space with premium amenities, including a café, fitness center, and high-speed fiber internet. The site is strategically positioned near major highways, restaurants, hotels, and residential neighborhoods, making it an ideal location for corporate headquarters.

Foot Locker first announced its plans to relocate to St. Petersburg in late 2024. The company was represented in the lease agreement by Lee Winter and Caleb Lewis of JLL, while The Feil Organization was represented by Andrew Wiener, Barry Hanerfeld, and Molly Molloy Catlett of CBRE.

This move marks a significant step in Foot Locker’s growth strategy as it strengthens its presence in a dynamic and thriving business community.
