This module is geared to the commercial real estate practitioner working as buyers or sellers and the proper due diligence of the purchase or sale of commercial real estate. Such items include: environmental, physical, financial and legal considerations. What are the deal killers? What is the advanced homework that a commercial practitioner should conduct? We want to expose the pitfalls and the contingencies in the drafting of an offer for buyers. The course material will also help to understand the various underwriting of bank financing.
