The firm acquired the three-story building in November 2025 and has since repositioned it as a modern, collaborative workspace designed to support business growth and regional connectivity. Located just off Route 3 near the Derby Street Shops, the property is strategically positioned to serve a wide range of organizations across the South Shore.
A key tenant anchoring the revitalized space is the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, which recently relocated its operations to 4 Pond Park. The move reflects a broader vision for the property as a central gathering place for business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community stakeholders.

Set in a wooded environment with abundant natural light, the redesigned facility now features a 40-person boardroom, fitness center, flexible office suites, and a top-floor golf simulator. The building is designed not only to attract tenants back to the office but also to provide scalable space for growing companies.
