Scituate, MA– The Drew Company will be celebrating the Grand Opening of SkySail at Driftway, the newest transit-oriented mixed-use development in MA, on October 3, 2023.
SkySail at Driftway is a 109,842 gross square foot luxury mixed-use development located at 340 – 348 Driftway and 318 Driftway in Scituate, Massachusetts. The project consists of six buildings with 78 rental units including twelve income-restricted units, approximately 9,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, and 160 parking spaces.
The entire site was formerly surplus parking for the MBTA Greenbush Commuter Rail Line Station located across Old Driftway. Drew Company purchased the site from the MBTA and constructed a new parking lot for the MBTA on a portion of the site as part of the arrangement with the MBTA. The development is conveniently located just minutes from vibrant Scituate Harbor.
